Pam Yates, owner of Memphis-based Evergreen Health and Life Coaching, is an ICF certified Health and Life Coach and also a certified Mastery Level Transformational Coach.

Pam specializes in individualized and customization wellness coaching programs geared toward equipping her clients to live lives centered around full and abundant health. Evergreen’s programs cover specific health concerns such as diabetes, heart disease, and emotional eating but also incorporate troubleshooting for broader issues like low energy and independent goal-setting.

In addition to her coaching certifications, Pam is a Memphis State alumna with a B.F.A. in interior design. This experience in interiors and textiles combined with her coaching training lends itself to fresh, vibrant, dynamic, and creative health solutions for all of her clients. Outside of coaching, she enjoys cooking, reading, design, motorcycle trips, and weightlifting.

Pam lives in Bartlett, TN with her husband Michael. She has two sons, a daughter, and a son-in-law.
