We have been busy behind the scenes at Find Vendor Booths, making improvements to the website and how the members access their list.
Two major changes were pushed out in the June 1, 2018 update - a fresher website and a simpler Member plan.
We have added a fresh new look for the whole website with some new navigation features.
The goal was to make the customer experience a natural and obvious progression. No need to click through to another page to find out more about Find Vendor Booth. Now you can quickly move down the page, to see what Find Vendor Booths is all about.
We've add 'Add Event' Menu item, that allows anyone to submit an event to the website.
Next, we have upgraded from the old plan to a 12-month plan for members*. We feel this will make for an even transition from month to month. Also at renewal time, there will be less confusion on how you will continue to access your list.
We’ve also fixed some of the back-office maintenance, so this transition is smoother for maintaining the event list. All in all, a win-win.

*Existing members, we have turned off auto-renewals in the old plan (you will not be automatically charged). When your old plan will be expiring, you will receive a notification of the old plan expiring, details on the new plan and link to move to the updated plan. This is just the beginning of many new changes to Find Vendor Booths, whereas our end-goal is to provide a simple, easy to maneaver system.
